v  Protect your cells with the best Fats:

Usage of Healthy oils every day to strengthen cells so they can fight off free radicals. In addition to fish oil, use oil such as walnut oil, flaxseed oil, macadamia nut oil or almond oil as part of salad dressings. Macadamia oil and coconut oil are particularly good for cooking. Remember that oils are high in calories so if you’re looking to lose weight, keep it down to 1-2 tablespoons per use.
